Veggunn Vitamina B12 Family 30 ml

It is an essential nutrient for our body that can only be actively obtained from food of animal origin. 

Vegan diets are exempt from animal products, and therefore must include B12 supplementation in order to complete the intake of all nutrients. 

How to use:

   • Children between 3 and 8 years of age: Take 0.5 ml (1000 mcg). 

   • Children between 8 and 14 years of age: Take 0.75 ml (1500 mcg). 

   • Adults and children from 14 years of age: Take 1 ml (2000 mcg). 

Recommendations:

   • Take the dose once a week in meals that are not abundant.

   • Put the liquid under the tongue and hold for approximately 10 seconds before swallowing. 

   • It should not be taken with other vitamin C supplements, as it reduces its absorption. 

   • Do not take vitamin B12 with alcohol, as it decreases its properties.
