How to use:

Oral route: 2 times a day 1 to 2 drops. Take diluted in a tablespoon of honey or in a cup of tea.

Through the skin : Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Never apply to the skin in its pure state.
Avoid any contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Diffusion : 5 to 10 drops depending on your preferences and the size of the room.
