Nehme Cimicifuga erst ca. 1 Woche. Bei pflanzlichen Medikamenten braucht es immer ne gewisse Zeit bis es anschlägt. Da ich aber schon seit mehr als 2 Jahren ein pflanzliches Rezept von meinem Frauenarzt gegen meine Stärken Hitzewallungen nehme, ist das wircklich ne super Alternative. Empfehle es weiter
