Brown rice grits is nutritious and easy to digest. It is used to prepare porridge, creams and soups. It can be cooked with water, with broth or with vegetable drinks to prepare desserts. Use: Slowly pour into boiling water and cook for 3 to 5 min. without stopping stirring. Depending on the amount of liquid, it will be more or less thick. Conservation: Store in a cool and dry place.
