Royal quinoa is a pseudocereal that is grown in the Andes mountain range, mainly in Bolivia and Peru. Pleasant flavor and smooth texture. Easy to cook and versatile in the kitchen. A very nutritious and energetic food. Rich in proteins and minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and calcium; as well as in B complex vitamins, vitamin C, E, thiamin and riboflavin. Usage: Clean with cold water. Cook covered and without stirring for 20 minutes over low heat. 2 parts of water for 1 of quinoa. Remove and rest for 5 minutes. Conservation: Store in a cool and dry place.
