External Application: Dispense about 2 cm of product and distribute with a gentle massage until completely absorbed. Close the tube with the cap.
Internal Application: Remove the applicator cap and screw it onto the tube. Press the tube until the applicator is completely filled, insert it into the rectum, and press the tube again to dispense a sufficient amount of product. Also apply the product to the external area. Unscrew the applicator after use, clean it, dry it thoroughly, and close the cap tightly. Close the tube with the cap.
